I had a pleasant stay overall, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for those looking to be in the middle of the vibrant South Beach action. However, the service could use a bit of improvement in attentiveness, and the dining options were fairly limited for a four-star hotel. Still, considering the price, it felt like good value for money.

I had an interesting experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of South Beach, making it perfect for those who love nightlife. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne. However, the noise from nearby nightclubs kept me up until the early morning, and the rooms felt a bit cramped with only one elevator in the tower. Overall, it offers a good value for partygoers, but it may not be ideal for those seeking quiet or spacious accommodations.
